Privacy Policy
How we handle information you share with us.
Last updated: April 13, 2026
Who we are
This site is operated by Limonta Masonry and Construction LLC, a masonry and construction company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the message you send. We use that information to respond to your request and to follow up about the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Phone calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number through the contact form, you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate or project using the number you provided. Messages may be sent manually or by an automated system. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking us on a call, or emailing us at info@limontamasonry.com. Consenting to contact is not a condition of buying any of our services.
Email communications
We only use your email address to reply to your inquiry and follow up on the job you contacted us about. We do not send marketing blasts. If we ever add a newsletter, we will ask you to opt in first and you will be able to unsubscribe from every email we send.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or track visitors across other websites. No personally identifiable information is collected by our analytics.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set limited technical cookies required for security and basic operation of the website.
How long we keep your information
Contact form submissions are stored so we can follow up with you and keep a record of jobs we have discussed. We keep active job records for as long as needed to complete the work, plus a reasonable period to cover warranty questions, tax and accounting requirements, and any legal obligations. If you would like your information removed, email or call us using the contact details below and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.
How we protect your information
Our website runs over HTTPS so information sent to us is encrypted in transit. Access to contact form submissions is limited to the people at our company who need it to respond to you. We use reputable providers like Vercel and Resend to host and deliver this information. No system is perfectly secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third parties we use
- Vercel hosts the website and processes analytics on our behalf.
- Resend delivers the email notifications we receive when you submit the contact form.
- Thumbtack is where most of our customer reviews live. If you click through to Thumbtack from our site, their privacy policy applies.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to the email or phone number below and we will take care of it within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, to make sure we are not sharing information with the wrong person.
Texas residents
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents have the right to know whether we process their personal data, to access and correct it, to ask us to delete it, to receive a copy of the data they provided, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain kinds of automated profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA. To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not track you across other websites and do not sell your information, these signals do not change what we do. We already operate the way these signals ask us to.
Children
Our services are for property owners and business customers. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Links to other sites
Our site links to outside pages like our Thumbtack profile. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy of the other site applies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Data breach notice
If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will let affected customers know as required by applicable law, and we will work to fix the issue promptly.
Disclaimer
This policy describes our practices but it is not a contract and does not create legal rights or obligations beyond what applicable law already requires. The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your information by third parties beyond our control.
Updates to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be called out clearly.
