Walls taller than 4 feet usually need an engineered drawing and a permit. Shorter decorative walls typically do not. We handle the paperwork when a permit is needed.
Depends on wall height and soil type. For typical DFW clay, we dig below the frost line and step the footing up the slope. We size it to the wall, not a one-size-fits-all number.
Drainage. A failed retaining wall is almost always a drainage failure. We install a drain pipe behind the wall and backfill with gravel so water cannot build up pressure.
Usually yes. If your brick is still in production, we source it directly. If it is discontinued, we find the closest match and blend it in.
